• Over the past 12 years our researchers have made great progress in the fight against cancer, and survival has improved. We’re the only Gateway to get funding for scientific research into all major types of cancer specially on Breast Cancer.
• Breast cancer is the most common type of cancer in Bangladesh, but survival over the last 40 years has nearly doubled. Today, 8 in 12 women diagnosed with breast cancer at primary stage will survive their disease for 10 years or more. Our research underpins many of today’s treatments and has helped save thousands of lives.
